Returns policy of SYNDESMOS S.A.

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store for professionals (b2b) of SYNDESMOS SA.

Our company accepts returns after consultation with the Returns Department for each returned product code within 15 days from the date of receipt.

For the returns that will be accepted, the returns department will issue a written approval (special form or e-mail).

Before you start the return process, confirm that:

• You have purchased the goods from our company,
• The 15-day period from the date of receipt has not expired and
• The goods are in excellent condition.

Upon receipt, the returns department checks the purchase dates and the condition of the goods.

They are not accepted for return:

• Products that are worn, stained and generally not in good condition.
• Products that are originally in closed packaging and have been opened.
• Products which are missing parts and/or components of which they are composed.
• Products that have expired.
• Products that have been or are being phased out.
• Products purchased on special order
• Products purchased on special offer or at a special price.

The responsibility for the transport and the cost of returning the products is borne by the sender, unless the product is covered by the warranty due to a manufacturing defect.

In addition to the rights granted by the returns policy, all rights under existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale and transport, as well as any rights arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are in any case recognised.
