Availability of items

The availability of each product is indicated. This practically means that a product can be:

- In stock: The product is available in our central warehouses and can be shipped or picked up directly.

- Temporarily out of stock (Pending): In this case, there is at that particular moment zero availability of these items which we usually keep in stock. You can be informed when the requested item will be available again via e-mail after filling in your e-mail address and clicking on the button "Inform me when it is available again"

- Available on request: The product is available if you order it by filling in your e-mail and pressing the "Expression of interest" button . The time for the order to be completed and shipped depends on the product you wish to order. For more information about the delivery time of these products we will contact you if you follow the aforementioned process of expressing interest.

We inform you that the availability of products changes constantly and daily and despite the constant and immediate updating of the system, some products may not be valid. Once we receive your order, the necessary checks are made and we inform you immediately by phone or by message about the progress of the order, the final payment amount and the estimated delivery date.

Order Acceptance

The processing of orders received by the online store for professionals (b2b) of SYNDESMOS S.A. takes place from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 16:00 pm. The processing of orders submitted on weekends and holidays is carried out on the next working day.
