The innovative hydrophilic cream base (o/w) Synacure by CHEMCO was created by the R&D department of Syndesmos SA for the preparation of galenical preparations against onychomycosis and psoriatic onychosis.

Key ingredients for its success:

Thymol, menthol, tea tree oil, camphor oil, eucalyptus oil: ingredients with antifungal properties

Salicylic acid & urea: agents with keratolytic properties

Acetylcysteine: anti-irritant soother with keratolytic properties

aloe vera: hydration and soothing
