Features: Easily soluble in water, with solubility increasing with increasing water temperature.

It responds to: Chemical and Food Code (FCC) and Regulation EU 231/2012

Basic uses: Additive in food as an antioxidant, preservative, and antimicrobial . Used in chemical synthesis for the production of vitamins, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc. in the treatment of drinking water to remove excess chlorine.

Application to wine: Powerful antioxidant protects the color and aroma of the wine. Protects against rapid oxidation and ageing of wine
